5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials provided by Longhorn Lighting, including custom lighting layouts and installations, are the property of Longhorn Lighting. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide access to your property as necessary for the installation and removal of lights, as well as any requested information or approvals to complete the services. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines, for which Longhorn Lighting will not be responsible.

7. Liability
Longhorn Lighting takes all necessary safety precautions during installation and removal. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property, structural issues, or electrical malfunctions. The client is responsible for ensuring their electrical system can handle the additional lighting load. Longhorn Lighting is not responsible for damage caused by weather or other unforeseen incidents post-installation.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Longhorn Lighting provides services “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services.

9. Termination of Services
Longhorn Lighting reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Any outstanding fees remain payable based on the terms of the agreement.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
